Setting direction involves a close look at internal dimensions.

 

We can analyze your organization in terms of its boundaries (lines between the organization and its environment).  We can help you deal with boundary issues within internal subgroups, understand how groups within the organization relate to each other, and how individuals relate to the organization as a whole.  We show you how to deal with issues related to differentiation (specialization between units which causes each to develop in its own way) and integration (effective coordination among units).
