Graden Keller's consulting experience spans over thirty
years and covers a variety of business settings. His
body of work has produced many fresh, innovative, and
useful solutions to modern organizational challenges.
He is the founder of kellerconsulting®, LLC
a management and organizational solutions consulting
practice established in 1977 with offices in Houston,
Texas USA; New York City, New York, USA; and London, England UK. Currently, Graden is
working with clients throughout the United States,
Europe, Mexico, and South America.
In addition to consulting, Graden has owned and led
several successful business ventures. As a result, he
intimately understands both the strategic, tactical, and
operational challenges that accompany bottom-line
accountability. He also served on the Board of
Directors and as the Senior Program Designer of a
successful Training & Development company specializing
in providing innovative, custom-built, action-learning
programs to many Fortune 500 companies, including Shell
Oil Company’s Corporate Learning Center.
Along with a cadre of exceptional professionals, Graden
has spearheaded numerous, successful change and
development initiatives. In his consulting role, he
focuses on actionable approaches to real-time business
problems, while guiding his clients to continuously
improving levels of performance. Currently, his
consulting philosophy and work emphasizes the
triangulation of Leadership, Strategy, and Culture to
better understand and resolve many modern organizational
challenges.
Graden’s consulting achievements include designing and
facilitating the capstone component of a North American
Leadership Development Initiative, “Vision to Action”,
created for a Fortune 500 company seeking to prepare its
next generation of leaders for significant contributions
to the organization, and beyond. He designed and
delivered a highly successful leadership development
program (created for a key division of a Fortune Global
100 Financial Services company); “Developmental Talk:
Learning and Leading through Strategic Dialogue”. He
was a senior consultant and contributing designer in a
developmental initiative, “Small Group Peer Coaching”,
for a Fortune Global 50 Banking firm seeking to develop
“best practice” in-house coaching capabilities. In
addition, he was the lead consultant in the design and
implementation of company-wide Total Quality Management
systems for strategic business units of a Fortune Global
50 Communications organization seeking to improve
customer relations, production quality, teamwork, and
leadership effectiveness. He also successfully led key
business units of a Fortune 500 Energy company in
transitioning from a “command-and-control” to a
“team-based” organizational structure. He has also been
the chief designer and lead facilitator of numerous
Action-Learning programs for Fortune Global 100 and
other companies targeting high performing, high
potential, and emerging leaders and teams.
Graden was the lead consultant to a senior level
initiative for a global, energy production and
transportation company aimed at optimizing a
multi-billion dollar energy management system. He was
the principal consultant to the senior leadership team
of a major, strategic business unit within a Fortune
Global 50 company undergoing merger integration; helping
guide the team through a challenging, but successful
transition. He also designed and delivered two
leadership development programs for a Fortune Global 100
client, “Align & Synchronize: The Road to Business
Success” and “The Merger Survival Guide - Navigating the
River of No Return”. In addition, he has developed and
delivered a series of original podcasts and webinars on
Leadership, Strategy, and Execution.
Graden has been a respected, successful Executive Coach
for over twenty years working directly with C-level
executives, top/emerging talents, high-potentials, and
dynamic entrepreneurs. His special area of consulting
interest is in working with leaders and organizations
facing tough, complex business situations that require
practical, thoughtful analysis and commitment to
action. His work with leaders and teams has led to many
performance breakthroughs. He has also developed and
facilitated many highly successful meetings, retreats,
off-sites, seminars, and conferences to address
strategic, tactical, operational, and other
organizational issues.
Graden has an Honors BBA in
Management Science and Behavioral Science from Union
Institute and University and an MBA in Management with
Distinction from the University of St. Thomas. In
addition to his consulting practice, Graden has been an
adjunct professor of Economics and Management at the
University of Houston and an Adjunct Professor of
Management at the University of St. Thomas where he has
taught the capstone, strategic management course,
“Senior Seminar”. Graden is referenced in the
Dictionary of International Biography (Cambridge,
England), and listed in Who's Who in the World; Who's
Who in Finance & Industry; Who's Who in the South &
Southwest (McGraw-Hill Publishing Company). |
